Bio
Julie (Castleman) Barragan begins her 1st season with the Beach volleyball program. An alumnus from 2018-2020, Julie was apart of the indoor 2018 State Runner Up team, 2019 3rd place state and is a 2x CVC Conference Champion, where she was a x2 CVC all conference performer. She was a member of our 1st beach team in 2019 where is played in our 2’s pair. In our short 2020 COVID beach season, she was in our 1’s pair. She went on to play D1 volleyball at Southern Utah as pin hitter. Julie currently serves as the head varsity volleyball coach at Firebaugh High School. She holds a BS degree in Family Life and Human Development.
